Perfectly Preserved Jams & Chutneys

We first met this pair when we were sourcing goods at the local Farmers Market and came across their stall selling lovely jams, chutneys and sauces.  They are of course Ian and Marilyn. 

Perfectly Preserved was born when Marilyn began making chutneys for Ian and his allergies and they tasted so good they were encouraged to make more for their friends and then the rest of the masses!  With no added bad stuff, just whole and simple good ingredients with a touch of home cooking love, they are found at most of the regions Farmers Markets at the weekends, selling out most times.

We use a number of the chutneys in our sandwiches and their Jams on toast in the mornings, check out the range we stock that you can come and sample....

• Seville Orange Marmalade (sometimes with Whiskey!)
