Our piping hot soup which is available every day, is made by the lovely people at the Yorkshire Provender.  They produce fresh batches every week using ingredients grown here in Yorkshire and mix them up to make tasty, fresh, hearty and sometimes unusual medelies.  Here are the choices on offer: 

• Pea, Spinach and Coriander

• Yorkshire Onion, Hambleton Ale and Mustard

• Beetroot, Parsnip, Ginger and Horseradish

• Winter Vegetable and Pearl Barley

• Tomato and Red Pepper with Wensleydale cheese and Rosemary

• Butternut Squash, Orange and Ginger

• Savoy Cabbage, Yorkshire Ham & Puy Lentil

• Mushroom, Juniper and Tarragon

 £3.50 served with a hunk of bread
